Terms of Service
Placeholder terms for this deployment — replace this page's content with your practice's own, legally reviewed terms before relying on it for real customers.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Notary Practice OS ("the Service"). By requesting access to, or using, the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Account approval
Access to the Service is reviewed and approved by a platform administrator before an account is created. Approval is not a guarantee of ongoing access, and access may be suspended or revoked for violation of these terms or applicable law.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for your practice's compliance with its own professional, fiscal, and anti-money-laundering obligations. The Service is a record-keeping and workflow tool — it does not provide legal, tax, or notarial advice.
3. Data
Your practice's data belongs to your practice. See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
4. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
