What we store
Account details (name, email), your practice's client and matter records, uploaded documents, compliance checks, invoices and payments, and an append-only audit log of accountable actions taken in the Service.
Why
To run the Service for your practice, and because notarial, AML/KYC, and fiscal record-keeping obligations require it — see your jurisdiction's own notarial and tax law for exactly how long those records must be kept.
Who can see it
Only your own practice's staff, scoped strictly to your organization — no other tenant on this platform can see your data. A platform administrator can see that your practice exists and review its staff list, but not your clients', matters', or documents' content.
Client portal
A client you invite to the portal sees only the specific matter, tasks, and documents your practice has explicitly marked visible to them.
Your rights
Contact your practice directly for questions about your own data — the practice, not this platform, is the data controller for client records entered into the Service.
